Fear

Fear and Fitness go hand and hand on many days. People fear they can't do what is needed to lose weight, or they fear they don't have the will power to keep going. So many people are constantly telling themselves, "I Can't," when they should be pushing themselves to the limit and saying, "I Can."

Fear can get in the way of success. It can stop you from accomplishing your dreams. Fear is scary, and it can overwhelm so many people. Fear is an emotion, which means you can control it. When you feel fear starting to take over your mind, you need to push it aside and show it that you control your body and mind, not it. Every day when you walk into the gym, or your put your shoes on to go work out give yourself a goal. Give yourself a BIG goal, and when your body starts to tell you "I Can't," then stand up and scream "YES I CAN !!" No More Excuses !!
